Just went to Ramen Yokozuna in Suzuka
The soup’s a tonkotsu-shoyu base, but you can totally level it up with the garlic chili on the table—and yep, unlimited green onions too! So good as always.
The hot-plate fried rice where you pour the egg yourself? Absolutely amazing
Can’t believe this shop started as a street stall in Kyoto about 50 years ago. The inside was super clean and comfy. And guess what? They’re open till 5 AM!

今回は鈴鹿のラーメン横綱に行ってきました
スープは豚骨醤油ベースなんだけど、テーブルにあるニンニク唐辛子を入れて自分好みにアレンジできちゃう！しかもネギ入れ放題！やっぱり安定のおいしさです
自分で卵をかける鉄板チャーハンは本当に絶品
約50年前に京都の屋台からスタートしたお店なんだって。店内もすごく清潔感あって居心地よかったです。
そしてなんと、朝5時まで営業してるんです！
