Let me tell you about the very first branch of Senpai no Mise, located inside MaxValu Taki in Mie Prefecture.
The staff here are mostly graduates from Mie Prefectural Ouka High School — it’s a place that gives them a chance to keep working in the community after graduation.
If the name rings a bell, Ouka High is the one behind Mago no Mise, the real-life high school restaurant that inspired the TV drama High School Restaurant. And yes — Mago no Mise is actually run by current students!

ここは三重県立相可高校の卒業生が中心になって働くお店。
あのテレビドラマ『高校生レストラン』のモデルになった「まごの店」を運営している高校なんです！
ちなみに「まごの店」は、現役高校生が実際に切り盛りしてるんですよ
